Geography

Porto e Norte, the area stretching from the south of the river Douro and bordered by Spain on the east and north and the Atlantic on the west, encompasses the regions of Minho, Douro and Trás-os-Montes. It's a land of mountains and rocky hilltops, valleys coated with vineyards, dense forests, deep rivers and national parks.
